Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping for a limited time on all orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 8 days after your order ships. During busy periods or because of carrier delays, it can occasionally take longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show the first update.

Shipping Protection

At checkout, you can add Shipping Protection & Guarantee. If your protected package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will reship it or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we will always try to help.
